Soulstice Health’s Yoga Therapy is not your typical yoga experience.

We provide a welcoming atmosphere that allows you to learn at your own pace while developing an individualized personal practice. Yoga Therapy is offered privately, allowing your yoga therapist to pay close attention to your needs while developing your own personal practice. We practice from a trauma-informed lens, focusing on healing and increasing overall well-being.

Promoting Self-Awareness

Building on the use of asanas (yogic postures), we incorporate pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditations to address and tend to mental and physical well-being, bringing greater awareness to the body, mind, and soul. Each practice is tailored to meet your needs with a goal of improving your mind, body, and soul connections.

Classical Hatha & Yin Yoga

We practice Classical Hatha Yoga that is infused with Yin Yoga for all yoga therapeutic options. Classical Hatha Yoga is not a form of exercise. Rather, it is a practice that fosters a personal connection with yourself and overall consciousness with the goal of letting go and being (as opposed to doing). We view concentration as a feature of the mind that we aim to develop with practice.

Fostering awareness to realize a blissful state, asanas, pranayamas, and the mind work together to achieve greater concentration and prana (energy) control. Thus, providing deeper growth for the mind, body, and soul.

Similarly, balance is a main goal of Yin Yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time to restore the body’s natural flow of prana while connecting with the breath. With Yin Yoga, we strengthen the activation of deep connective tissues (as opposed to muscles) with a focus on asanas that pay particular attention to opening up the pelvis and hips regions, while nurturing the lower spine region.

Private

1-on-1.

$100/person for a 60-minute individualized assessment and treatment planning.*

$85/60-minute session.

5-session package (60 minutes/session): $395.
10-session package (60 minutes/session): $750.

Semi-Private

2-3 people.**

$50/person for a 30-minute/person assessment and treatment planning 30minutes/person.*

$40/person for a 60-minute session.

5-session package (60 minutes/session): $185/person.
10-session package (60 minutes/session): $320/person.

*Required for all clients
**Semi-private clients are welcome to schedule a private 1-on-1 assessment at the private assessment rate.

All Yoga services include additional HST charges.
