Reiki
We offer energetic therapy options via Usui Reiki to help with greater self-improvement. The word ‘reiki’ (pronounced Ray Key) means ‘Universal life force energy’ (also known as ‘prana’ in Sanskrit) and is a practice that fills us with light and positive energy.
We all have energy flowing through our bodies and this life force is everywhere as it sustains us. Reiki is a natural and gentle method of energy healing where human touch (or hovering the hands over the body) in combination with the life force energy are used to heal and balance energies within the body. Reiki is a way to achieve spiritual evolution while promoting healing and love. Reiki also helps awaken your spiritual self and cleanses blockages while removing energy disruptions within the chakras.
There are 7 main chakras in the body (144 total). The direct translation of ‘chakra’ in Sanskrit means ‘wheel of life’. Chakras are our body’s energy centers and each chakra corresponds with an endocrine gland that controls hormonal balance. Using the 7 chakras, reiki helps rebalance these centers which can lead to better overall health. Reiki energy flows to the part(s) of the body where it is needed most. Over time reiki can increase and improve overall self-confidence, positive thinking, vitality, and help achieve a greater sense of personal balance and peace. Reiki healing treatments induce a sense of relaxation, upliftment, and greater harmony as healing is possible on multiple profound levels of the self.
We offer chakra balancing treatments that require your presence in the moment and can be done in-person or remotely. However, when time and distance present as treatment barriers, we also provide distant energy tune ups that allow for the beautiful reiki healing energy and love to be sent to your body.

Reiki Healing Energy Tune Up: $40/30-minute session (Distant or In-Person).
All Reiki services include additional HST charges.
